It is important we have your correct address on file so your Underclub arrives to its intended home. Any returned orders will incur a $5 reshipping fee.

Ordered a Love Yourself (5 pair) or Spoil Yourself (10 pair) upgrade and want to confirm sizing? Reply to your order confirmation email (from [email protected]) with "SPLIT PLEASE" and we'll split your pairs into two or three shipments so you have time to try and review.
After each delivery, we send out a review email so you can give feedback on things you love or what you want to change for future deliveries.

6 and 12 month pre-pay plans can only be cancelled within the first month, but we're able to opt you out of auto-renewal anytime.

Underclub is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If the item is listed as "Delivered" on the shipping carrier site, we recommend that the intended receiver speak with the delivery agent or contact their local post office to locate the package.

All subscription orders in the US ship for free; shipping charges for one-time pack orders and other one-time add-ons apply. We do ship internationally, however there are international shipping fees.
