We ship deliveries the first week of each month. We'll send tracking information once your order has shipped! Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery once shipped. Underclub deliveries are sent via USPS First Class shipping.

It is extremely important we have your correct address on file so your Underclub arrives to its intended home. Any returned orders will incur a $5 reshipping fee.

There are no returns or refunds on any Underclub deliveries and all sales are final. If there's an issue with your Underclub order please email us at hello@underclub.co and we'll do our best to make it right! All inquiries will be assessed on a case by case basis and must be submitted within 30 days of shipment.

A fun, curated surprise! After you check out, you will be prompted to complete our Style Questionnaire with your size and style preferences, and we get to work matching you with new underwear that fits your style profile!

After each delivery, we send out a feedback questionnaire so you can tell us what you would like to see more or less of in your future deliveries. We highly encourage you to complete our feedback questionnaires on your first three Underclub deliveries (and as many future ones as you want!). This will help us figure out the best fit and styles for you, so that your future Underclubs are spot on :)

You may change, skip a month or cancel your subscription at any time prior to the renewal of your next delivery by logging into your account. Your Underclub renews the 15th of the month and we ship the first week of the following month. If you’ve already been billed for this month’s delivery, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle

6 and 12 month pre-pay plans can only be cancelled within the first month, but we're able to opt you out of auto-renewal anytime.

We do offer customized options for large gift orders of 6 or more (bridal, bachelorette, sorority, and more! Email us at hello@underclub.co and we'd be happy to help you put something special together!

We do not sell bridal-specific packages BUT our service is customized for each member such that it will arrive just how they like it! See ‘Can I customize and order?’

Underclub is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If the item is listed as "Delivered" on the shipping carrier site Underclub will not provide a refund or ship a new package. We recommend that the intended receiver talk to their delivery man or contact their local post office to see if they have it.

After each month's shipment, we'll send out a survey so you can tell us how we did! To make changes to your original preferences, please let us know in the survey.
